A complicated sale.. A keen but young sales agent with limited experience backed up by the support of her colleagues. A demanding pair of vendors needing to sell. The added factors of the building type and being part of a body corporate. Tenants in the property throughout the sale process and a difficult market environment. Problems did occur but throughout the process they were addressed, communication was excellent and they were solved. I found Samantha to be very quick to respond, helpful in her replies, and patient with all my silly questions, but also not pushy about anything. I was eyeing up two properties at the same time and stopped looking at the other one solely because the agent was pushy in trying to get a sale. Buying a property is stressful, but dealing with her was an absolute pleasure.

Samantha arrived at our house in a gale, delivering her leaflets in person. The weather was so ghastly, that I thought anyone who would venture out in this would do a great job of selling our house.
