He never lets us assume things, instead he provided timely updates on the status and progress. His uncanny ability to help us make decisions with the right information and the right amount of nudge is something we appreciated. Vinay is very organised and is very happy to use his teaching skills to guide the buyers through the order of priority of activities required during the whole process.

Billy was excellent. He did a great job of marketing the house. He organized everything (photos, staging, a painter) and advised me on small things i could do to the house to help with the sale. Then he helped resolve a technical issue with the council that was holding up the sale.
