Sue and Jack were excellent to deal with. Our decision to list with them was multi-factorial. We had met Sue at some open homes in the previous year and found her to be genuine and personable. We wanted agents who had a proven track record, with extensive experience in the areas we wanted to move to. We found that both Sue and Jack were measured in their advice, which helped us to set realistic expectations from the start. They are a busy team but we have found Sue and Jack easy to contact. We would happily work with Sue and Jack again in the future.

While I talked with two agencies, Sue didn’t baffle me with conditions or appeared official. From the outset Sue came across friendly, easy to ask questions of and certainly gave her all to sell my property which she did in a short period of time. She made the whole process stressless for me.

This was our first time selling a house, and after a few hiccups on our side we were worried it would be a nightmare. Leilani made it easy and stress free, walking us through each step and helping us get the outcome we wanted. I’m really pleased we found her! I would (and will!) recommend her to anyone.

Rachel was responsive and had amazing market knowledge and was a reassuring sound board when discussing offers and any issues that arose. While Rachel was great in her role and showed her experience with selling houses we did note that Nigel was not as experienced on the marketing and talking to buyers aspect. Nigel was a great person but his communication was sub par in some instances and also lacked the finer details and intuition that was shown when Rachel performed the open homes.
