We were under pressure to sell our home in Coatesville after we relocated to Whangarei. The market wasn't good and the war in Iran had taken away the expactation that there would be a relief for sellers in the first quarter of 2026. We made contact with Ailsa, and signed up. There were a few issues with our land which I believe scared purchasers off, however on auction day our property sold! One Saturday morning, I opened my emails to see an invitation to an open home in Swanson, as I had already seen one of the properties, I knew I wasn't interested, so I phone Laura and said, I am not interested. Her first words were, "what are you looking for?", so I told her, she said she had something and few hours later, I was viewing the property, ended not purchasing it, but Laura kept showing me properties until we came to the one I purchased, it was perfect, ticked all my boxes. Laura has been amazing to deal with, her knowledge, genuineness and her drive to find the perfect place for me, I never felt I was wasting her time, I was picky and couple of times I wanted to view a property a second or third time before deciding, this did not phase her, she willingly made the arrangements as she wanted me to be happy with my decision. Due to my schedule, I was not always available during business hours to view properties, but Laura always managed to fit me in the evenings. Once we found the perfect property, Laura did not walk away once the documents were signed, she remained in contact and followed up after settlement, she guided me throughout the whole process, I did not feel I was on my own. It's been an honour to work with Laura, and I highly recommend her to future clients and will use her if I need to sell or buy another home!

Graham was amazing. We were selling on a difficult market and others were telling us to drop your price and you will sell. But Graham stuck by us and eventually after a long and hard year we got close to what we required.
