Relaxed, but professional approach.

We liaised with Dan during the property transaction. He had a laid-back, no pressure approach. He was friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a unique situation where we knew the vendors and currently leased some of their property already. He was professional and provided any information we requested in a timely manner, although much of the information we secured from the vendor directly due to the existing relationship. We have no doubt it would have been provided should we have required it. We appreciated the lovely gift basket he delivered once the property had gone unconditional filled with items we would enjoy. It showed he had listened to us. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
