Kelly responded to my enquiry very quickly, she had been recommended to me by my brother who is looking to sell his property. I had offered on another property so I needed things to move along. I emailed Kelly and she replied with an appointment to see me the next day. From there everything raced along, within the next few days, photo's were taken then it was on the market. Open homes for two weekends, and I had an offer which was wonderful. Having lived here for nearly 18 year's the process was certainly different, no online back then as it is now but it worked very well and Kelly helped me through the process, as I'm of an older generation. I would certainly recommend Kelly if you are wanting to sell.

Chelsea went out of her way to help me at all times. It wasnt an easy time for me during the sale of my property but nothing was a problem for Chelsea.

Although weather was atrocious that scheduled first open home, I relayed to Tony that there probably would not be many buyers who would tackle the horrible day, so don't expect miracles or be disappointed. He assured me that the open home was still worth the effort. Tony is a patient, amiable and methodical agent who has a solid reputation for getting matters sorted. Everything is planned with a timeline, nothing is too much of an inconvenience, no matter how frustrating others can be. If I am selling again I would engage Tony & Nicole to do the business. Brad was great at communicating, keeping us up to date with progress regularly via both email and txt and responding quickly when we had queries. He really came into his own though when we were experiencing issues with the purchasers lawyer not communicating well, Brad jumped in and bridged the gap to make sure the sale kept moving forward.

Jimmy has been excellent as a support through our first house sale. Jimmy's relaxed and friendly approach helps buyers and sellers alike, while his attention to detail makes that everything is well considered and all of the little things that help a sale are taken care of. Jimmy is very proactive, keeping you well informed throughout the process, and always available to help. I would always recommend Jimmy to others, and work with him again anytime.

Shady and Narges went the extra mile to sell our house. Because we were living overseas when we listed it, they organised absolutely everything. From decorators to repairs to staging, and garden care. The put it a huge extra effort and this led to a very fast sale.
