The most important thing for me dealing with Alisa was that she responded so quickly to all my requests and with working full time she was so accommodating to explain the steps to take, timing etc. I was very greatful for all her expertise and cannot speak more highly of her and Alison.

Milly and the Bailey's Taupo teamwere great to agents deal with good communication after each open home letting us know how many people had been through and passing on feed back about the from interested buyers. Milly and the Baileys Taupo team came through and got us the price we wanted for our home. Communications after the house were lacking though with us not being told when the buyers were doing there final inspection ( all though we weren't staying at the house it would have been nice to be informed)and unanswered texts regarding wht we needed to do with the keys ect when we packed up and finally departed the property.
