Scott did an excellent job selling our house in a challenging market. I think he was right on target with his market knowledge and pricing strategy. His communication was always excellent through the whole process. He always delivered the information I was after and I never had to chase him for anything. We had an offer on our property within 3 weeks and Scott worked hard (on a public holiday) to get it to a level we were happy with. He then continued to communicate with the buyers during the conditional period to stay on top of things before anything became a problem. Would definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to friends and family.

Scotts always available, he always comes back to you promptly and with accurate and refined information from the last dealings/issues present. I found him genuinely interested in the job at hand aswell as real estate in general. He always seemed to have a very good outlook on the buyers and what they were thinking. Excellent for transfer titles

Robin has been proactive at all times over a number of years on this project. The delays (which have been numerous) have often been shortened because of his interaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Robin to anyone who is considering either selling or buying TTRs.

Robin is a good bloke but the TT requirement and process through Council and others is a nightmare and hugely expensive I can't say anymore.
