The apartment market was very difficult over the period that my unit was for sale and as consequence my apartment took a long time to sell. During this period Paul communicated on a weekly basis to me and keep me abreast of the results of the 'open homes' and the feedback from the viewers. Paul remained positive about a result and his enthusiasm help me through the whole process. If I was selling another property I would have no hesitation of listing it with Paul.
