Good communication at all times, followed up leads promptly. Always felt Lavashnee did her utmost to sell our property, and would trust her advice on the market.

Very happy with her knowledge and expertise. She guided me through the process in a friendly manner. Have no hesitation in recommending her to prospective vendors. .

Lavashnee presented very confidently from our first meeting and her knowledge of the local market as well as best sales technique proved to be invaluable. The method of deadline sale was not one we were familiar with but proved to be the key to our house selling within one month.

Selling our home with Sharon, Kaitlyn and the team was one of the best decisions we made. They were incredibly supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us. Recently had Sharon, Kirk and their team handle the sale of our property. Throughout the whole process Sharon and her team have been an amazing guide for the process whether it be dealing with the marketing or late night phone calls handling logistics. Prompt communication, proactive in approach to all parts of the process and acting as a great representative for us and the property made life so much easier.

We had an outstanding experience selling our home thanks to Nicole. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, always keeping us informed and confident on the process. She went above and beyond. When we needed to pivot strategy to meet a deadline, she adapted quickly and guided us with clear, practical advice that made a real difference. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell.

At a time that can only be described as devastating for our family Nicole was amazing to deal with going the extra mile to help us deal with and complete the final sale of our beloved mother's estate. Due to our location from NZ time zones were a problem but Nicole made sure all proceeding matters were dealt with at times that aligned with us and/or was started in a manor that have us ample time to take required action. Nicole was referred to us and i would gladly recommend Nicole and her team to anyone who is looking to get into or out of the property market, our campaign was an easy process from first conversations, contract approvals, staging and potential buyer inspections were all sorted timely and professionally. Nicole's passion and drive to showcase our property brought in potential buyers and also found the person who feel in love with the property so we were able to sell unconditionally after a short campaign at auction. Nicole made us feel part of Evey step even though geographically we were no where near the process - thank you so much for your diligent work Jared and Aaron
