Real estate teams in Greytown, Wellington

Shane was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our sale. He was always available for any questions we had. He negotiated the best offer on our property. His experience was very obvious through the whole process.

Selling the house on behalf of my elderly mother could have been a nightmare, but with the calm support and Chris and the team it was a breeze. Chris kept me aware of exactly where things were up to at every step of the way.His contacts and local knowledge made little things easy. Access to high quality cleaners (for both inside and outside) was such time saver for us. Chris was very accommodating and worked around my availability without fuss. Very good advice from start to finish - a short campaign, focus on the genuine buyers and guidance around final negotiations were all really valuable in securing the sale.

We cannot recommend Chris and Shane highly enough. Their knowledge of the local area is exceptional, and being local themselves gave us great confidence throughout the whole process. As we were living in the UK while selling our property, the 12 hour time difference could have made communication challenging. However, Chris and Shane were always incredibly responsive and kept us updated every step of the way. They regularly responded to our messages promptly, even outside of normal working hours, which we really appreciated. Their experience and insight into the local market were invaluable, especially during a time when the market was quite saturated. They worked hard to help us get the sale over the line and provided honest advice throughout the process. The entire sale and handover process was smooth and stress free. They went above and beyond by helping to organise local tradespeople to resolve minor issues and ensure everything was ready for settlement. Chris even helped tidy the lawn while we were overseas, which is far beyond what we would ever expect from an agent. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris was proactive, friendly, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us. This wasn't our first experience working with him either. He previously helped us purchase a property, and once again he delivered outstanding service. If you're looking for professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy agents who genuinely care about their clients, Chris and Shane are the team to choose. In our experience, they are simply top agents.

Very responsive. Great personalities.

Brad and Holly are great communicators who always keep you informed where things are up to.

I've dealt with Brad and Holly for many years both as a buyer and a seller and they are always honest and open to work with.
