Gee Doshi and Lara Mullane were recommended to us by friends and choosing them turned out to be a great decision. We were in the process of moving overseas and in respects, had to pivot on plans very last minute which left quite a few things in array. There were also a lot of ancillary and unexpected events. If I look at the end to end sale process, we have on-boarding, preparing to sell, open homes, offers and closing, and settlement. Gee and Lara made us feel comfortable from the start. Throughout the end to end process, they have been nothing short of supportive, spectacular, sensible, and reliable. By far, they have gone above and beyond in every part of the end to end sale process. A few highlights to back things up. On-boarding: Due to the Christmas holidays approaching, there was only a week left to get things done. Gee and Lara made this seamless and easy for us. This includes organising staging last minute. Preparing to Sell: There were last minute things to be done to clear things out of the house either through selling or donation before it went to market. They were there throughout, even throughout the holidays to help us clear out some of things. Offers and Closing: This is the part where Gee and Lara shone the most. There were a few negotiations and we don’t get the outcome we were after if it wasn’t for Gee and Lara. They truly went to bat for us and it showed. Settlement: This was the most stressful parts of the process as we had to worry about all the ancillary things (e.g, clearing out remaining furniture items and final preparation of the home). Gee and Lara did not complain and worked with us to the end, despite some last minute arrangements falling through on items. We also have to acknowledge our neighbours and friends as their assistance played a role in getting this through the line. Overall, I would highly recommend Gee and Lara as agents. They’ve got experience, composure and they genuinely want to help.

I initially contacted Ming after seeing his controversial Instagram post about a property. I didn’t have any serious intention at first—just thought I’d give it a try. After sharing my brief, he assigned me to Betty. Betty was super friendly and genuinely nice, not pushy at all like another agent I was dealing with from a different agency. She gave me options, and I’m very straightforward with my feedback—if I don’t like something, I don’t like it. Then she showed me this unit, and suddenly I felt, this is it! Even so, it didn’t stop there. It took nearly 10 inspections back and forth for me to fully validate my feelings and emotions. Every single time I asked for another inspection, Betty always said “yes.” Eventually, I felt stuck on the pricing and thought we might not reach an agreement. That’s when Ming stepped in, and that very night we finally landed on a number everyone was happy with. Overall, it was a great experience—felt like dealing with friends who truly listened and understood me. Kudos to both Betty and Ming! 🥰
