David had to work hard in a difficult selling market and across the slow Xmas New Year period but found a buyer and completed our sale. I would recommend David's experience with selling larger section / older homes. Our Thanks for the final result. Colin

I have no words to express how grateful we are with both Wallace and Sophie's team. We had the pleasure of utilizing Sophie and Wallace's expertise to sell our house and helped immensely to get us a new house as well. They made the whole process so easy. They were always willing to go the extra mile and their in-depth knowledge of all areas of real estate has earned a huge respect from us. They totally understood our requirements and gave us constructive advice at every stage of the process. We are very thankful to both of them for all their help, they not only know the market insights but also have good contacts of the builders etc. where required and we are very grateful for that. We highly recommend Sophie & Wallace's team to all others who are wanting to sell or buy property.
