I have known Paresh Patel for about 20 years since we and later my son purchased property through him. Over the years he has kept in touch through marketing. We valued his professionalism and recently had no hesitation in asking him to sell a property. Paresh was very diligent and particular in giving advice and guiding us through the whole process. Because we had not been in the real estate market recently and unfamiliar with modern trends, he explained the whole system, even taking us to the Barfoot and Thompson auction room to familiarise us to the process should our property be up for sale through auction. This action put us at ease on the actual auction day. He kept in touch by numerous visits, phone calls, emails and texts. He updated us regularly on viewings, the state of the market, feed backs and advised us on terms and conditions we could include to make the sale attractive. We have been very happy working with him, and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Sven and Sofie were outstanding to work with. Right from our first phone chat to the sale of my home he was on top of everything. He was very factual in his approach, and gave me lots good advice. Through the open home process he communicated regularly and gave me honest feedback. I completely trusted Sven and Sofie, I wasn’t in Auckland from when my house was on the market till after it had sold. They ensured the place was alway kept tidy, and looking great. Even taking bins out and leaf blowing the driveway! The entire process can be really stressful, but having a team like Sven and Sofie on my side took a huge amount of stress and pressure off me. I got the exact price I wanted which I was delighted with. I 100% would use him again to sell my house, and would also buy off him as I trust that he is looking out for both parties.
