He also went the extra mile in that he met the various people involved in preparing the house (kitchen, carpet, staging etc) on site so we could obtain quotes and provide access. This was incredibly helpful for us as we don't live locally and avoided multiple trips to the property. Greg has great interpersonal skills and always followed up and kept us up to date.
