Trudi and Greg are a pleasure to deal with and have been successful in selling my house that was taking a long time to sell. They worked closely with the buyers to get the best price and held their hands to guide them through the tricky process of buying a house for a first home owner. They are incredibly patient and understanding and go above and beyond to help out sellers and buyers. Highly recommended

As first-home buyers, the whole process was overwhelming, but Trudi was always there for us. She promptly and kindly responded to all our questions, simplified the process, and was approachable, friendly, and calm, making us feel at ease. Additionally, she is highly responsive, making you feel accompanied every step of the way. Greg is a wonderful person to converse with; his smiling face fills us with positivity. We will always acknowledge Team Ashby's outstanding contribution to our first home-buying journey and highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.

We were absolutely delighted with Nicky and Georgia's service throughout the sale of our home. From our very first meeting, they were incredibly open and honest, setting clear and realistic expectations for the entire process. Their ability to share deep, valuable market insights was invaluable; we felt informed and confident with every decision we made, even when we threw a few curve balls at them! Most importantly, they truly delivered on their promise, successfully selling our home exactly within the price range they projected - let us not forget that they did this in about two weeks of going live! The entire experience was seamless, professional, and successful. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and highly effective real estate team!

We had a wonderful opportunity to work alongwith Georgia Malloy and her team on a recent purchase. While we have interacted with several other professionals over the last 6 months, Georgia's friendly yet highly professional approach and prompt communication throughought the process truly made her stand out. We were very impressed by the way she went above and beyond, leveraging her knowledge and industry connections to help us achieve a successful outcome. Highly recommend Georgia and her team in the West! Team Malloy is the best! Thank You!
