Professionalism and integrity were the cornerstones of our experience with Marcel Mauel and Karen Close of Harcourts Blue Fern Realty, Titirangi. Their expertise, market knowledge, and insight into trends in a challenging selling environment proved invaluable. Our circumstances were somewhat unique, involving the sale of a deceased estate, with one vendor residing overseas, and a coordinated sale alongside our neighbours. Marcel and Karen's extensive network of developer contacts was a significant advantage given the size of the combined land parcel, resulting in several offers within days of signing the listing agreement. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes, engaging with prospective purchasers and skillfully managing the sales process. Their efforts culminated in an offer that satisfied all parties, and they successfully closed the transaction within a week. Communication throughout the process was exemplary. Marcel and Karen were always available to answer questions and promptly provide information or documentation whenever required. From our very first meeting, we felt comfortable and confident in their abilities. Although we had been approached by several agents from other firms, Marcel and Karen clearly stood out from the outset. We are delighted that we chose to work with Marcel and Karen. Whether you are buying or selling, we would highly recommend them as outstanding real estate professionals.

Both Marcel and Karen were professional and very understanding of our needs. They communicated honestly and promptly which we greatly appreciated. Got the job done in super quick time. We would highly recommend them.

This is our second house sale and our first with Marcel. He is a very easy agent to work with as he is open and transparent through every step, very knowledgeable about the industry and establishes excellent communication from start to finish. I couldn't ask for anything else and highly recommend his services (in fact I already have to multiple friends)!
