Real estate teams in Gladstone, Southland

Friendly and respectful to all our wishes, they did not dictate but were very receptive and focused.

From the very beginning of the process, Nikki and Gareth approached our sale as a team effort and demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and genuine care. Selling a property can be a stressful and sensitive undertaking, but they approached every step with integrity, discretion, and a reassuring confidence that immediately put me at ease. They respected the confidential nature of our circumstances and ensured that all details were handled with the utmost sensitivity, which meant a great deal to us. Their ability to craft a compelling advert and present a strong pitch was impressive — they captured the essence of the property beautifully and highlighted its strengths in a way that resonated with potential buyers. It was clear that they had taken the time to understand not only the property itself but the benefits various market segments could gain from this property. Throughout the entire journey, Nikki and Gareth were consistently approachable, friendly, and accommodating. They listened carefully to our needs, adjusted their approach when necessary, and always made us feel supported - even coming onto the property to help with minor maintenance needs when we were unable to do so ourselves! Communication was clear and timely, and they were proactive in keeping us updated, which gave us confidence that everything was being managed effectively. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nikki and Gareth to anyone looking to sell their property. They are not only skilled and knowledgeable agents but also trustworthy, empathetic professionals who go above and beyond for their clients.

Nikki was extremely helpful throughout my search for a property with clear and frequent communication. She went out of her way to help perform light cleaning and checks of the property, and helped with my requests. I highly reccomend her services to anyone looking to buy/sell property!

We found Pete was honest, upfront, friendly and more than happy to answer any questions we had. We found the whole experience easy and stress free.

Was very knowledgeable of his job and explained everything well.

Peter gave prompt responses and worked around our schedule. In the busyness of selling a house we trusted Peter and he was someone that took all the weight off our shoulders. He was friendly yet professional, engaging positively with all of the family. Peter did a lot of the negotiation before it even came to us and he got it to the price we wanted.
