Sandy and I have been hugely impressed with Peter and Dee throughout our sale process. Peter's knowledge of the market and price points was spot on, which ensured our expectations were realistic. Their marketing campaign was very thorough and was pitched nationwide, including articles in various print media. Peter and Dee also hosted a wine and cheese event at the first open home which highlighted the character of the property and what it offers. They worked tirelessly throughout the process, keeping us updated on all interest as it arose. Both Peter and Dee were a pleasure to work with and made the process easy for us. Mick has very good inter personal skills. He is an effective communicator. He does not exaggerate or 'gild the lily'. He is very responsive. Mick either answers your call or gets back to you quickly. He is proactive with his contact, you don't have to chase him. Mick has good market knowledge of this region and understands the issues that impact the local market, both positively and negatively. He has an empathetic nature and because of this you feel that Mick is sharing the journey with you. His advice and guidance was of a professional quality whilst retaining a personal touch.
