Peter (& Dee) helped secure the sale of our two sections for fair & respectable sums amidst an economic downturn. They worked well together and, in one another's absence, bringing sales to fruition in a professional manor. It took a little while in arguably challenging market time, but with them we were able to settle ahead of other local available land offerings, and in doing so remove the heavy financial burden our subdivision weighed on our shoulders.
