Because of her great reputation in the Hamilton Real Estate business and because we had dealt with her before, we asked Lisa Sigley to sell our house for us. Lisa has a calm "can do" attitude which gave us confidence from the outset. Greg was really great to work with. He was able to give us same day feedback after open homes or enquiries, and explain things when we weren't sure on processes etc. He worked hard to ensure that we had the best offers possible presented to us and helped us to problem solve when we had unexpected issues arise.

Melissa was absolutely fantastic to deal with. As a first time buyer, she went to every effort to accommodate what I needed, and made my life — and the purchase — so easy and enjoyable! It felt like a very smooth process and everything moved like clockwork. She was an awesome go-to between me and the vendors, and she was so quick, too! She gave a very strong sense of integrity and was incredibly personable and warm. I thought she did a great job of marketing the home (it clearly worked) and removing any roadblocks I as a buyer had. Not that I plan to buy anytime soon, but if I do, I know that with Melissa I'll be communicating with a straight-talking, honest agent.
