I can’t speak highly enough of Jinny Lee and Eric—Team Eric is truly the best team I’ve ever worked with in Auckland. Being out of the country, I was initially worried about managing my property remotely, but Jinny handled everything with exceptional professionalism and care. From arranging the staging, organising open homes, managing contracts, to dealing with buyers—every step was executed seamlessly. What impressed me the most was their dedication and commitment. They really took all the stress and pressure off my shoulders. In a challenging property market, they were still able to secure three contracts for me to consider, which is an incredible achievement. They didn’t just meet my expectations—they exceeded them by successfully achieving my target price. I’m truly grateful for their hard work, expertise, and unwavering support throughout the entire process. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and outstanding real estate team!
