He even helped arrange a reliable contractor to complete some work before we went to market, which proved to be well worth it. His willingness to make himself available for additional open homes and private viewings was amazing and gave us confidence that every opportunity to connect with buyers was being maximised. While there are never any guarantees when selling a home, the results speak for themselves. In an extremely challenging market, we sold our home in under three weeks and are now excited to move on to the next chapter of our journey. We meet Jarvis and Daniel by chance, a random agent phone call that was a refreshing conversation with honesty and clear direction.
