Sandy did such an incredible job with the sale of our home. She sold it twice within two months! The first deal fell out of contract, but she was quick to act and secure a new buyer! We are so pleased with her service and would highly recommend

We recently worked with Sandy to sell our home, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, she demonstrated deep market knowledge, clear communication, and a well-structured strategy that gave us confidence throughout the entire process. Sandy was proactive, detail-oriented, and always available to answer our questions. Her guidance on pricing and presentation made a significant difference, and her negotiation skills ensured we achieved a fantastic result. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sandy made it seamless and straightforward. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and results-driven real estate professional.

Dave McCartney and his colleague, Courtney Alexander, put together a superlative marketing campaign for my property and guided me to a display company that showed the vacant dwelling in the best possible way. They also liaised well with my nephew who managed refurbishments before the house went on the market. At all times Dave and Courtney kept in touch to keep me informed of the progress of the campaign. The property attracted a good pre-auction offer after only 2 days of property inspections. That bid set the reserve and there were 3 genuine buyers competing for the property which sold for $40K above the reserve. I can’t speak too highly of the skills and experience of Dave and Courtney and they were a delight to deal with.

communication style, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and professionalism.

We couldn't recommend Dave & Leah highly enough! From the very first open home, their communication was consistent, clear, and reassuring we always knew exactly what was happening and never had to chase them for updates. Despite receiving an offer after the first week, they remained fully committed to seeing the process through properly, continuing to present the property brilliantly at every open home, private viewing and even securing a backup offer along the way. That kind of dedication really showed their professionalism. What made the whole experience stand out, though, was how enjoyable they made what can otherwise be a stressful process. We had a genuine laugh with Dave and Leah throughout, and that lightness made all the difference. Thank you team!
