They managed to get 8 parties into an auction room which resulted in a sale. The market was down at the time therefore any sale required a far amount of hard work to secure a sale which Ash and Harsh were more then capable of. Whilst we never achieved the original sales price we had set, a sale in this hard market was still secured.
