Lynda took an active interest in the preparation of our property for sale from the start of her agency. She even assisted with trips to charity shops. She also encouraged us to invest in the sale process including a broad marketing campaign, staging, site clean-up and clearing advice. Feedback from potential buyers in the lead up to auction however suggested that a much lower price would be achieved than was envisaged in the months beforehand. The final result however was much better than expected (by $300k). This, in addition to marketing and presentation of the property (per her advice), is also attributable to her hard work in on the open homes and follow-ups to bring multiple bidders to the auction. The dispensations given to the successful bidders for the auction (as negotiated by Lynda) kept them engaged and ultimately drove up the price. We placed our trust in Lynda that this would work out OK - and it did. Overall - Lynda was a pleasure to work with and she has done an excellent job for us.
