I recently sold my property through Nidd Dunedin with Kirsty, and I could not have been happier with the way she handled the sale. From the beginning, Kirsty made the whole process feel calm, clear, and well managed. Selling a property can be stressful, especially in a tougher market, but she guided things efficiently and made the experience feel smooth from start to finish. Kirsty was professional, organised, and easy to deal with throughout. She communicated clearly, gave sound advice, and held several open homes very well. I always felt that she was working hard on my behalf and had a steady, practical approach to getting the right result. Most importantly, the sale achieved my financial expectation in a difficult market, which I was very pleased with. On a personal level, Kirsty was warm, genuine, and reassuring. She treated the sale with care and never made it feel like just another transaction. I felt listened to, respected, and well looked after throughout the whole process. I would happily recommend Kirsty to anyone looking for an agent who combines professionalism, local knowledge, and a genuinely kind and steady manner.

Kirsty knows the region well, and is always open to suggestions. Flexible and willing to change, good recommendations on how to market. Always shows up.
