She communicated well and was open, honest and direct which i appreciated. She provides dedicated service so if you list with her thats who you will be dealing with. The sale process was long and at times challenging with market conditions not being conducive for a good sale, but she stuck with it and got a result ultimately although not meeting my expectations, I did not wish to holdout in a market that probably would not support my expectations anyway. Only issue was the use of kiwisaver deposit by the buyer which has a special set of rules and caused a degree of consternation. Deb provides a good, personalized service that yields good results.
