Tracey was really amazing. She went way beyond my expectations for an agent. She was very knowledgeable about everything I asked her and if it wasn't for her I would of given up on the first week. Tracey had all the answers for me no matter what I threw at her. She kept me sane thru the whole process and I tell you sometimes it was a struggle for me but Tracey kept right by my side and saying and doing all the right things. This was a fairly straight forward sale in that we already knew the vendors (our neighbours) and the section/house as-built situation. Shaun was understanding and kind to our vendor neighbours and did his best to make theirs a good experience in sad circumstances of one neighbour becoming ill. Shaun was also helpful to us (the buyers) with advice and making the process as smooth and efficient as possible. I think both parties were happy with the outcome. Great job thanks Shaun.
