Shaun Davey

Shaun greeted us warmly from our first visit to the property and went out of his way to get the sale across the line. He was trustworthy, knowledgable, responsive, and honest throughout the process, ready to assist with anything we needed and liaise with the vendor to move the sale, and our offer, forward.

Outstanding Service from Shaun Davey Shaun Davey provided us with outstanding service when we purchased our home. From the very beginning to the very end, Shaun was there for us every step of the way. He was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and always made us feel comfortable throughout the whole purchasing process. Shaun went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. We are extremely grateful for all his help and support and would highly recommend Shaun to anyone looking to purchase a home. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish!

This was a fairly straight forward sale in that we already knew the vendors (our neighbours) and the section/house as-built situation. Shaun was understanding and kind to our vendor neighbours and did his best to make theirs a good experience in sad circumstances of one neighbour becoming ill. Shaun was also helpful to us (the buyers) with advice and making the process as smooth and efficient as possible. I think both parties were happy with the outcome. Great job thanks Shaun.

I recently purchased 3/15 Wembley Street and once again had a fantastic experience working with Shaun Davies. Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked with Shaun multiple times as both a purchaser and vendor, and he has consistently been highly professional, patient, responsive, warm and genuinely engaged throughout every process. Shaun communicates exceptionally well, makes the experience feel seamless, and always operates with integrity. I trust him implicitly and genuinely love dealing with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shaun to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent.

I found Shaun to be friendly and approachable and would recommend him to anyone selling in the future.

Just very helpful and good to deal with
