The initial consultation with Peter was to discuss whether I would split a freehold Title with 2 flats into 2 separate Titles so that I could potentially sell to two purchasers. The process to do this was quite involved with surveyors etc. I am glad that I saw the process through to the end as the financial outcome was better, exactly as he predicted. Peter is a great negotiator and you definitely want to have him in your corner when you're selling!

He was friendly, approachable, always available when we needed him, and he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He handled all communication with the selling agents, provided valuable information we wouldn't have been able to access ourselves, explained what to expect throughout the buying process, and confidently bid on our behalf at auction. Before working with Pierre, we honestly weren't sure why anyone would use a buyer's agent. Now, we wouldn't buy another house without one. We can't recommend Pierre highly enough. If you're buying a home in Christchurch, you need Pierre on your side. And if you're selling, you'll want him representing you too.
