Steve was very easy to communicate via the phone and emails. He was very quick to arrange extra viewings and accomodate the follow up on conditions set with the Vendors. His overall knowledge of the housing industry was helpful and good to listen.

Steve has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the house sale process. He made everything straight forward and easy to understand, and we had a high level of trust in his expertise from start to finish. His advice, professionalism and guidance gave us confidence that everything was being handled in the best way possible. Steve took the time to build a Trust working relationship in order to get the best outcome for us, and this was clearly seen in the outcome we achieved. We're so grateful for his support and making the whole process work so smoothly. Thanks Steve!

We had a fantastic experience working with Steve on the purchase of our new home. From the beginning, Steve was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process easy and was always available to answer questions or help wherever he could. What we appreciated most was how genuine Steve was. We never felt pressured or like we were just another sale. He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and made what can be a stressful process a really positive experience. We would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks again, Steve!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience of selling our house! Julie’s strong market knowledge, coupled with her confident assurance that the house had the potential to sell well, made us feel comfortable going with her advice. She talked us through each stage of preparing to bring our house to market including ways to enhance its positive features with professional staging, while keeping us regularly informed about potential buyers. At every stage Julie’s professionalism shone through and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

We had a very short lead-up to auction date. Julie expertly facilitated our due diligence and formulating our offer. We were unable to bid as our own sale was not sufficiently far advanced. However within a few days, we were able to participate in the resulting deadline sale in which we were successful. Julie was quite exceptional in remaining accessible throughout this time to answer questions, liasing promptly with our solicitors where required. She demonstrated a high level of knowledge and experience that was very reassuring in an unfamiliar and potentially stressful process. Her personable attitude combined with professional approach would allow us to recommend her service to anyone fortunate enough to engage with her.

We recently purchased our new home on Dominion Place with Julie, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Julie was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way and making everything as stress-free as possible. She was professional, friendly, and always available to answer our questions. We're extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks again, Julie!

Courtney made a last-minute viewing at a tricky time happen for us and if she hadn’t, we wouldn’t have found (and bought) our perfect first home. Many other agents we’ve dealt with have felt like there was always a low level of deception by omittance, but with Courtney we both felt like we could trust her and that she laid all cards on the table from the get-go. It also felt like she was routing for us and seemed genuinely excited for us when our offer got accepted. She has been professional throughout the process and there’s really nothing negative to say.

Courtney was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the whole process of selling my house feel easy and stress-free, while always keeping me updated and communicating clearly throughout. Most importantly, she achieved a amazing result and sold my house for a price I was really happy with. Her knowledge of the market, professionalism and ability to negotiate were excellent. Courtney is also a friend of mine, but I can genuinely say I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell. She worked incredibly hard, was always available when I needed her and delivered a great outcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Courtney and Liv made a fantastic team—communication was top tier! We felt very reassured throughout the campaign, and Courtney was excellent at restoring our confidence in the auction process.

Geeta just wanted to say that it was a pleasure to deal not only with you but with your team, the communication was second to none and we are very happy with how the whole process went, we will certainly be mentioning your services to others that we know

We honestly couldn’t fault our experience with Geeta. She originally sold us our home and, rather than the relationship ending there, she kept in touch and maintained a genuine relationship with us over the years. When it came time for us to sell, there was no question about who we wanted to work with. Geeta’s attention to detail, communication, organisation and ability to coordinate everything made the whole process so easy. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that you understand what is happening every step of the way. It constantly felt like she was working with our best interests at heart, while still making sure the people looking to buy our home were well looked after too. We walked away absolutely stoked with our experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Geeta to anyone looking to buy or sell. If we ever sell another home, we know exactly who we’ll be going to. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and are so grateful for everything she did for us.

Amazing result and outstanding service We couldn't be happier with the outcome Geeta achieved for us. Our house sold in two weeks, with a pre-auction offer, bringing the Auction forward. The result exceeded our expectations. Geeta gave us complete confidence when discussing the offer, knowing she still had other interested buyers ready to go if needed. Her communication, market knowledge, and guidance throughout the process were excellent. The final result truly blew our best-case scenario out of the water. This is the second time we've worked with Geeta, and once again she delivered an amazing outcome. We will always use Geeta for any future property transactions and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks again, Geeta! And all the Team @ Harcourts Gold
