We purchased our first home from afar, and Christeen was super helpful to provide any extra information we needed considering we weren't there. This included outside of working hours, as considering we are running a couple of hours behind NZ, all of our communication was done later in the evening for NZ! We live overseas, so for most of the work that was required to sell our house, we dealt with Nathan and Becky from a distance. Therefore it was very important to us we dealt with people of high integrity, and who were excellent communicators. Added to this, both Nathan and Becky have very good people skills, assessed potential buyers carefully, and also listened to our opinions. A good example of their commitment was when Becky voluntarily painted the wall behind the refrigerator, unasked, unprompted; just pushed ahead and did the job. For me that exemplified their commitment, and I would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction in the greater Christchurch area.
