As I live overseas, there was a significant amount of groundwork required, but Jordan handled everything professionally and efficiently, making the process incredibly smooth. He is also very well connected, so whenever something needed to be organised or a service was required, he was able to arrange it quickly and without any hassle. Disappointingly Jarod was acting for the vendor and I was the purhcaser. That said I have bought and sold numerous homes so have seen how agents moperate on both sides. Jarod in a calm and considered manner took me through the sale process and I was actualy impressed how well he looked after the vendors interests.
