Hazel went above and beyond, it took longer than expected to sell our house but hazels enthusiasm and commitment to selling never wavered. She always kept a positive attitude and we got there in the end and couldn’t recommend Hazel enough!

Simon was very thorough and a hard working real estate agent who is very knowledgeable of the Christchurch Market. The advice and marketing campaign on how we could achieve the best results with the sale of our property were second to none. He was very responsive to any questions we may of had and late at night which I really appreciated! Simon went out of his way to do as many private viewings as possible throughout the campaign and we had great numbers through the open homes which multiple pre auction offers were made and after a good amount of time through the campaign we accepted a pre auction offer and our house was sold at auction a couple of days later at a price we were very happy with. I have no hesitation recommending Simon to anyone wanting to sell their property, he made the process easy and stress free and i really appreciate that.
