Matt rang me on a Sunday evening, after meeting him at an open home on the Saturday prior and from that phone call and going forward I felt supported and listened to with zero muck arounds. He took into consideration everything I was looking for and nailed the brief a day later. He was very responsive and was always at the end of the phone when possible, was always positive and smiling, nothing was a problem and he made the process exciting, easy and stress free. I’ve bought and sold many homes over the last 10 years and I can honestly say he’s been the best agent I’ve dealt with. Thanks again, Matt. Absolute class. Off to enjoy a glass or two of bubbles to celebrate my beautiful new home!

From my first meeting with Matt he was friendly and approachable. He worked hard on this deal with us, like us not giving up, neither did Matt! He kept in contact with us throughout, provided information as requested and did as he said. This wasn’t a straight forward sale and purchase and Matt remained calm and composed through the tougher times and helped us achieve our purchase- for that we are truely thankful. We recommend Matt to any vendor or purchaser - a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Matt.

Matt made us feel very at ease from start to finish. He really listened to our needs and made it all very easy. Before we even went live Matt managed to get groups through as a quiet listing and continued to bring interested buyers through week on week. Matt isn't just about getting the sale, he really gets to know the family and is happy to sit down and talk rugby or have a chat to the kids too. Couldn't recommend him enough.
