I have been very fortunate to work with Jack and Rick to sell my late father’s home. From our first meeting, I knew I was in safe hands. Their extensive knowledge of the Franklin market, combined with a decisive strategy, resulted in a swift and successful campaign. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I was kept updated every step of the way and received prompt responses to any questions I had. I am very grateful for their commitment to ensure the best possible sale price was achieved. Buying and selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but working with Jack and Rick made the entire process a pleasure. They were not only professional, but genuinely warm and friendly, acting with the utmost integrity and respect. They came highly recommended to me, and I would do the same for anyone looking for a seamless, high-quality experience.

We recently purchased our new home through Jack Jeffries (Agent in Franklin) and had a really positive experience working with him. From the start, Jack was an excellent communicator. He was always prompt, clear, and happy to answer the many questions we had along the way. He made the whole process feel straightforward and much less stressful than we expected. Jack was transparent, kind, and efficient throughout. We always felt well-informed and at ease, which made a big difference when making such a big decision. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We’re grateful for his support and would happily recommend Jack to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Lisi and myself have had a great experience working with Jack (Real Estate Agent in Franklin) as our purchasing property agent. The final outcome being the icing on the cake with us sealing the purchase of our dreams. From our initial introduction to the final moments of being handed the keys. Jack showed professionalism through out the buying process good communicator /informative throughout our many questions. You were an important part of our journey, you showed every step of the way. Jack, Thank you for helping turn this exciting chapter into reality. Well always appreciate the role you played in making our home possible.

We couldn’t be happier with the service our agent Lynn provided. Professional, proactive, and always approachable. She made the whole process smooth and stress free, kept us well informed, and handled everything with genuine care. Highly recommended.”

I had a problem. I found myself in a country in the middle east in the middle of a conflict that nobody wanted. Oil went up, stocks went down. Diesel price hit the people that matter the most. The farmers. I had a rental property that I needed to liquidate to tie me over. Lynn Lockhart stepped up to the plate and smashed it out of the park. In a market where nothing was selling, we got the tenants out, property scrubbed up, marketed and sold under the hammer when nothing else was moving. Needless to say Lynn and her team were a life saver in a real time of crisis. If you don't have someone like Lynn on your team, get someone like Lynn on your team. You never know when you will need someone to step up to the plate and nail it. Thanks for all that you have done for us. The Wardles.

I had a fantastic experience working with Lynn. She has strong market knowledge, great negotiation skills and was at all times professional. From the very beginning, she showed genuine dedication and a strong work ethic, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she always made time to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hardworking, approachable and trustworthy real estate agent.

It was a true pleasure to deal with Darren. The most valuable attribute Darren brings to the table, is his genuine honesty and commitment to get the best outcome. I don’t say this lightly. Thank you for your patience, not rushing the sale. Your honestly and support was appreciated.

Darren is so easy to talk with. He's made the whole listing and sale process quick and simple which was exactly what I needed. As already said, he's easy to talk to, very clear when sharing or asking for information, and he always provided clear and understandable explanations; he's kept me appraised every step of the way. I only wish I had done this a couple of years ago when the market price was better but that is my fault not Darren's :-) He was very realistic about what I might sell for and helped me get a quick sale.

Darren did an awesome job getting our place sold. From the first meeting he had clear and regular communication, he was down to earth and kept things simple, flexible and realistic. Both Darren and Lily in his team were super responsive and always had the time to answer our questions, which kept us at ease throughout the sale process. While Arizto’s fee structure was what first interested us about listing with them, their digital experience and sellers dashboard also impressed us throughout. Most importantly, Darren got our place sold pretty quickly and made our next move possible. I would 100% recommend Darren and his team.
