Maria managed a negotiation across several involved parties and me living remotely with patience and calmness Very helpful organizing servicing, inspection, taking measurements and answering questions to make my move smooth.

Sarah, Julie and Winnie make a wonderful team. They helped us throughout the entire house-selling process and secured an unconditional offer within just two weeks, despite the current slow market. From our very first meeting, they provided practical advice and were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Their communication was excellent, and they were always available whenever we needed help. They also listened carefully to our needs and were flexible every step of the way, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate all their hard work and professionalism, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

From the very first open home through to settlement, Sarah, Julie and Winnie were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process—they kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel incredibly straightforward. They facilitated everything seamlessly and made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. While they were representing the vendor, they genuinely made us feel like they had our best interests at heart as well. Their professionalism, honesty, and approachable nature gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the purchase. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us buy our new home. Thank you, Sarah, Julie and Winnie, for making such an important milestone such a positive experience. We would highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I used to teach and coach leaders and service providers for major international companies and government agencies on customer service and satisfaction. So I can be a fairly particular client. I had not actually intended to list it at this stage, but was offered the chance to take advantage of sale of the home next door to me that had major interest, leaving a period when there would be a pool of potential buyers for my own. Sarah and Julie took me through the selling process (not so familiar as I am used to the Canadian market), and set me up with a great deal for finding a buyer. They worked the phones to contact their list and created significant response. While I was dealing with the paperwork, a SWAT team came in under Winnie and transformed my home with a selection of chattels that really upped the appeal level for the two open homes they ran within a week. They had great images in documentation that was very professional and well laid out. One thing that can kill a relationship is the common folly of over-promising and under-delivering, and Sarah and Julie did the opposite, which meant I got a very positive surprise when they came back to me with a result that was significantly higher than I had expected. Through the inspection, valuation and final sales steps they were with me every step of the way. They really knew that they were not simply selling a property, they were providing a service that was hugely significant to their clients and acted accordingly. They were patient, knowledgeable and clear in their directions and activities. They are a very well-oiled machine. I have absolutely no hesitation on heaping praise on them and the team behind them for their innovation, client service, diligence and outstanding results.
