Overall, I appreciate Alex Wu’s efforts in successfully marketing and selling my property at a good price. The sales process leading up to the agreement was handled professionally, and I am satisfied with the outcome achieved on that front. However, my experience during the settlement stage was less positive. On settlement day, the buyer raised several issues regarding cleaning, minor wall marks, and items not being fully cleared, and requested compensation of over $4,000. At that point, I expected more active support in managing communication and helping to resolve the matter in a structured and professional way. Instead, I was advised that the agent could not be involved as the buyer did not wish to communicate directly with him, leaving me to deal with the situation independently during a very stressful time. While I understand that settlement issues can sometimes arise outside of the agent’s control, I felt that the level of support during this final stage of the process could have been stronger.

We met rishi for a viewing but we didn't like the house. Rishi kept in touch with us for 5 months constantly and showed us many properties based on our preferences and helped us to narrow down a preferred property. The outstanding part was his constant communication by staying in touch. I have seen other agents who dont follow up but rishi was different and this made a difference in us securing the property.

We cannot rate Vic highly enough for his amazing support, expertise and communication throughout the whole house selling process. From the initial meeting though to the sale, he has always been available and a constant source of advice and encouragement. After each open home we were able to catch up with him on the spot, not having to wait two or three days for the email report. There were a number of setbacks for us during the process, but Vic came up with constructive comments and a way to move forward. He has a great team around him whom we also appreciated. Vic has such a pleasant, respectful manner and we highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.

Set expectations clearly for us in terms of how best we can sell. Then he delivered on his market knowledge and execution of the sale. Trust is earned not given. The biggest attribute he has is humility, and can read the room when it comes to negotiations.

The process of purchasing a home can be stressful especially when new to the area however we felt safe with Simon. He quickly understood what we were looking for and the things that ticked the boxes for us, and although very professional in his field we really appreciated his down to earth, relatable manner. Simon was quick to return phone calls and emails and went to great lengths to find out the 'answer' to any queries we did have.
