Agencies in Bayswater, Auckland

They were well in tune with all the other property in our area for sale.

Good communications. Very friendly from the beginning to the end ofnthe sale.

We felt safe in their hands from the moment Craig and Fleur walked in. They understood the house we had, how much we loved it and what we needed to do to get close to the price we wanted in such a difficult market. It wasn't just the very competitive fee that convinced us to go with them, it was their professional and confident approach. The photos and video captured the house perfectly, showing off every beautiful angle we could see. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Her sheer tenacity and committment to getting deal across the line. And in such a pleasant and sincere manner. A great communicator who went far over and beyond her duty of care. Amazing and a lovely person

Absolutely outstanding service from Aaron Pedersen at Bayleys! We honestly couldn’t be happier with the job Aaron did for us. From day one, he worked incredibly hard to market our home, generate interest and ultimately get the result we were hoping for. You could genuinely see the effort he was putting in, and he went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Aaron managed to secure a fantastic pre-auction offer, which we were extremely grateful for, and the sale went through successfully to some really lovely people who were genuinely happy with the home. Knowing that it was going to the right people made the whole experience even better. What has really impressed us is that Aaron hasn’t just stopped once the house sold. He is continuing to work incredibly hard to help us find the perfect new home for our extended family. He has taken the time to understand exactly what we’re looking for and has been putting in the effort to find the right property for us. Aaron is hardworking, genuine, approachable and incredibly committed to getting the best possible outcome for his clients. We’ve felt supported and looked after every step of the way, and we’re genuinely grateful for everything he has done for us. Thank you so much, Aaron. You’re an absolute legend and an amazing agent. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Highly, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
