We first met Jon when we were buyers on a busy market. He worked hard to find a property with a dedication that impressed us. We listed with him when circumstances changed and, at his suggestion, commenced a three-week auction campaign. Our property was sold under auction conditions, although not under the hammer. We sold under the reserve price at our discretion. Jon worked to close the deal with understanding and insight. We recommend Jon as a buyer and a seller without reservation.
