What can I say about Brodie, well from the start he was able to show me his sales track record which was inspiring and explained the marketing strategy to get the best offer on my home of 17 years. As i wasn't in country to oversee the sale I left it in his capable hands to execute it on my behalf, keeping me informed throughout the open home phase and arranging contractors where needed on my behalf. There were a number of offers presented and his knowledge and experience helped me in deciding in the final offer and sale of the home. I would highly recommend Brodie Fowler to any customer out there. His confidence in his ability to do the best on the vendor’s behalf is an example of his professionalism. If there was a rating out there he is gold star all the way.

Brodie was patient with me, and my faffing about. Being my first home and working with a broker and being more hands off on the finance side, there were some frustrating times with the bank, but he remained patient with me and was able to get me access for tradies to measure up after we went unconditional. He even got me the keys while the moving truck was being loaded at my old house (between his other appointments), the settlement was early, but not quite early enough for us to plan the key hand over. Thank you Brodie for your assistance with extra viewings and visits. My house plants and I are super happy to be here :-)

From the very beginning, Katia was very helpful. She answered any questions we had, kept in communication with us when the auction was brought forward and also supported us at the auction. Katia made the whole process very smooth and we never once felt stressed throughout the sale. Would happily recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling in the future.

Buying a kiwifruit orchard remotely from overseas is a challenge, even when you're from Te Puke. Even harder when you overlay a strict buying g criteria. Engaging Clark and his team as buyers advocates was a great decision. Clark was professional, prompt and started with wide market research to find the various properties that met our criteria. Being well connected to the various orchardist and broader community across Te Puke meant he found unique opportunities including ones that hadn't even hit the market. He didn't put pressure on and acted firmly on our side. Would definitely use again. Happy to discuss with any prospective buyer looking to engage his services.

At each step of the process I always felt like Clark had a plan - he remained positive and gave excellent advice. Together with Bee they were an excellent team to work with. If I was to repeat the process, I would not hesitate to entrust Clark and his team again.

Clark was a breath of fresh air, we had a number of other agents who did jsut did not understand our unique property. I know everyone thinks there property is uniques however ours was a little different that is had a number of interesting facts and goings on. Clark listened and took on board these and turned them into positives resulting in sale. Clark was professional at all times and ensured only qualified buyers came through the peoperty not ture kickers, which made selling a better expereince. Thanks Clark and the team
