This is the second property Mel has sold for me. Her professionalism, knowledge and ability to understand both the buyer and vendor, sets her above others out there. Mel was very good and pleasnt to deal with, throughout the purchuse of our home. I never had to chase her up and made negotiating easy. Although i would have liked a better deal, we as still happy with the investment.
