Kathryn showed proffessional determination to get the best deal for us. Plus a fair deal for the buyer . Her insight was accurate . Her market assessment was fair even though we didn't agree all the time. All in all a great outcome.

Kathryn is all you could want from an agent. She was always available and very focused through the sale of our property. She kept us up with the changing market and advised accordingly. Not always what you want to hear but honest and had both the buyers and the sellers perspective in mind. Very pleased with the way she handled all aspects of the process and would highly recommend to both Buyers and Sellers

My brother and I recently sold our late mother’s house - obviously an emotional time for us. Kathryn was experienced enough to realise this. Her advice was spot on - in addition to her deep knowledge of the current market, Kathryn has a high emotional IQ. She is a fine negotiator and managed to squeeze every last dollar out of the buyer. She was always available to answer questions. On the night there were ten houses for auction and we were one of only two to sell at a more than fair price. I would not hesitate to deal wth Kathryn again and have recommended her to friends. She has an amazing work ethic!
