Simply Superb Experience

My brother and I recently sold our late mother’s house - obviously an emotional time for us. Kathryn was experienced enough to realise this. Her advice was spot on - in addition to her deep knowledge of the current market, Kathryn has a high emotional IQ. She is a fine negotiator and managed to squeeze every last dollar out of the buyer. She was always available to answer questions. On the night there were ten houses for auction and we were one of only two to sell at a more than fair price. I would not hesitate to deal wth Kathryn again and have recommended her to friends. She has an amazing work ethic!
