We first met Brendon & Louise as potential purchasers at an open home and were impressed by their cordial and professional response to potential buyers . We subsequently engaged them to sell own property. On their visits to our property they gave sound advice on work needed to present our home for sale. We then set a timetable for property work, advertising program, photographs, open homes and auction. During the open homes they provided regular updates and reports from the advertising results and feedback from the open homes. We subsequently sold our home at auction. The whole process went like clockwork and we attribute our successful sale to the advice we received from Brendon & Louise, and their professional work with potential buyers. We have no hesitation recommending them as selling agents for any similar properties.
