First home buyer. I met Arjun while casually looking through open homes. He was immediately friendly, helpful, and insightful about the property. He kindly guided me through the entire purchase process, offering valuable tips to ensure a smooth, timely progression to unconditional status and settlement. Arjun was selling several properties at the time, and his deep market experience and knowledge truly showed. He was able to negotiate a fair price that worked for both sides to facilitate the sale. Throughout the process, Arjun was exceptionally professional, efficient, and proactive with communication. He always made time during the day to check in and update me on key milestones, like the valuation and builder’s report. He also went above and beyond normal working hours on multiple occasions to arrange extra viewings and let tradespeople in for measurements and assessments. To top it off, Arjun made time at settlement to take photos and videos of me putting up the "SOLD" sign—a wonderful touch! I cannot express how seamless he made the entire home-buying journey. Ultimately, Arjun is a 10/10 agent. I would definitely buy through him again in the future and would trust him completely to sell a property. Thank you again for all your help, Arjun!

Niks response time is extremely quick and he's always providing clear communication on the next steps forward. He was very proactive in sourcing new properties to view and making a game plan in terms of scheduling open homes and private viewings. While he's still early in the game, Nik demonstrates a good knowledge of the current market and always presents as professional.

Buying our first home was a huge milestone for us, and there were plenty of things we were unsure about along the way. Nik was always available to answer our questions, explain things clearly and guide us through the process without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than simply making a sale. His communication was fantastic, he kept us informed throughout the process, and his knowledge and experience gave us a lot of confidence in our decisions. We are incredibly grateful to Nik for helping make our first-home journey such a positive experience. We would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Hreepika took her time to understand my requirements, and listened to MANY long lists of what I didn't like about many properties. She helped me identify things I wouldn't have been looking for, made us feel like she always had time for us (even when we knew she was busy). My favourite thing was that she was the only agent who listened when I said I didn't like being called a billion times, and worked with me through text when we could. Ultimately she helped us find our perfect first home, we looked at about 50 homes by ourselves and it was Hreepika that guided us this way. If you're buying or selling, you WILL be listened to and respected at every stage. 10/10 agent, we will be in contact for our next sale and purchase.

Even though she's relatively new in this role, her strength of character and determination allowed me to find the house I was looking for. Hreepika has a very endearing personality while staying very professional. Hreepika really impressed me with her maturity and determination, and on top of that, she's funny and cheerful. I highly recommend her!

Hreepika was absolutely fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her communication was exceptional, she was always available to answer our questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Hreepika’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients gave us confidence every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend Hreepika highly enough. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly puts her clients first and delivers outstanding service, she’s the one to call. Thank you for everything!
