Leo is patient and responsive but not pushy, and he put almost no pressure on us (beyond generic suggestions) to drop our price, but left us to discuss that option and decide when to make the call. We both appreciated that strategy, and when the sun came out, so did the Buyers, leading to a happy outcome. Another thing about Leo - he's a night owl who doesn't go to bed until late.
