Dimple was very easy and pleasant to deal with. She was very responsive and open with everything and helpful throughout the process of buying this property. I would engage her any time myself when selling/buying again!

I met Jelena in the middle of one of the most stressful situations I have ever experienced. Not only did she bring a vast amount of knowledge and professionalism she also took all the stress off my shoulders so I could finally breathe again.

Very nice and helpful guy

When I first discussed my needs with Grace, I soon realised that it was going to be very difficult to tick every box. Right price, right location, right feel, safe parking, reasonable and active body corp, good potential investment. Grace scoured the potential options and presented those that would fit most of my requirements, having first checked herself for any fishhooks and unwanted attributes. She organised for my wife and I to view the shortlisted properties at times convenient to us, often private viewings. She followed up with any questions we had and providing all the information we needed to make an informed decision. When we found the correct apartment for us (tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick) Grace helped us negotiate a price and quick settlement. She worked closely with both our solicitor and the vendor's and made the whole process simple and informative. Grace goes the extra mile and provides a fantastic service. She is professional and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend using her. We now have our perfect apartment, and my wife and I are so very happy with the outcome. Thank you, Grace.
