Agencies in Auckland

Meeting KC while looking for a rural property was a stroke of luck. He struck us as a genuinely good person, and that feeling led us to choose him as our agent for selling our North Shore property. No regrets whatsoever. Our decision to sell and move out of the city was somewhat impulsive, leaving our house not entirely ready for the market. But KC was with us throughout the entire process, never giving up and always providing the motivation we needed. It was a tough market, and our house was unique, but KC's cheerful demeanor kept our spirits high. Despite the challenges, he remained dedicated and determined, eventually finding the right buyers for us. Now, we're happily settled in our dream home and location, all thanks to KC's hard work and genuine care. We're forever grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for your next property sale. Thanks a million, KC.

Rozie did an excellent work in selling my Development property. Her marketing strategy, negotiation skills, friendly approach and attention to detail made the selling process easy in a difficult market condition. We achieved a great outcome and highly recommend Rozie.

I regard Angela as a trusted Real Estate Agent. Angela was caring and understanding and her professionalism shone through helping us navigate the process of putting a much loved family home on the market. Angela worked patiently and closely with my Father explaining the sale’s process and emphasising her aim to achieve the best outcome for him. Following the successful sale of his home, Angela continued to keep the family informed of the stage’s leading to settlement. Angela showed sensitivity regarding the emotions involved in selling and vacating a much loved family home which was greatly appreciated. I am therefore very happy to recommend Angela to anyone selling or buying a property.
